About

Hello — I'm Steven Pocula

I coach managers and leaders who are responsible for outcomes they can't fully control, and for people who are watching how they handle it.

I know that position from the inside. I served in the Armed Forces, led teams, and spent decades as a senior consultant in the international defence industry delivering significant capital programmes — the kind where the consequences of getting it wrong are real and visible.

I know the pressure you're under to deliver, and the impact that has — not just on you, but on everyone around you.

That's why the coaching is holistic. Work is one facet of a person. If your sleep is wrecked and you haven't had a proper conversation with your family in a fortnight, no amount of decision-making frameworks will fix your performance at work.
